Great Grandfather Greunke with Grandfather Robert Greunke, Garden of the Gods, circa 1936
Every home builder has a story -- some with many pages and some with only a few. The first chapter of our story begins over 100 years ago when great-grandfather William Greunke built churches, schools, and military structures in Ohio. The skills he mastered were passed down to a new generation of "old-world" craftsmen. After four generations of homebuilders, his legacy endures in Copper Valley Builders.
The majestic Rocky Mountains inspired William Herebic to establish Copper Valley Builders nearly 30 years ago and to move the family "out west" in 1983. Today, his sons Bill and Doug work alongside their Dad continuing their century old heritage of exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.
Our story and tradition of custom homebuilding continues today ...
